never received promised Home Pro guarantee, after numerous promises now will not reply to emails / answerphone messages and text messages and has blocked us from their facebook business page when we tried to get in touch that way. put the chimney back on the roof in the wrong place meaning the boiler lue will not align, which now means wwe have to pay someone else to fix the boiler which they have left in a dangerous state. they are ever so keen to keep up the contact but once they have been paid they have no interest in you as the customer. stay well clear and use your money for someone you can trust to do the job properly and offer good after sales service, to have spent £4500 and then to be snubbed when merely asking for the guarantees that were promised, and to be cut off when we need a problem sorting just smacks of money grabbing and deciept.

I telephoned Approved Roofing, Building & Plastering last year and after an almost immediate response I instructed them to carry out the work to both my roof and gutters. The price was excellent and I have already recommended them to my friends and family.
